Timbo has been around scooters since his mod days back in the early 80s and has probably turned the spanners on every brand of scooter to be imported into Australia. At the moment his personal collection of scoots includes a very nice Italjet Dragster 180 (a 2 stroke weapon), 5 Lambrettas including an LI series 1 Framebreather, LI 150 series 2, TV 175 series 3, SX 200 replica and a 1970 GP200 along with a Vespa SS 90.

What was your first scooter? Lambretta GP 150 ( an Indian one )
What was your favorite scooter rally? Mount Gambier 1987 (we won't go there), or Halls Gap 1990.
What is your favorite scooter trip? Any one of my four trips around Tassie. They were all memorable, but so was the ride when I went from Sydney to a scooter rally in Canberra. I had so much fun on that ride that I forgot to turn around and come home until I got to Melbourne.
What is it about riding scoots that you like the most? They are way more fun than motorbikes.
