WINTER STOCK WINTER SCOOTER GEAR ESCAPE THE COLD WITH OUR WINTER JACKETS, GLOVES AND NECKWARMERS Murray Walters Its coming on for the chilly months, so we've stocked up big time on all the winter goodies at Scooter Central.
To start with, the best $15 you will ever spend is on a neck warmer. It keeps the drafts off your neck, and is particularly good if you have an open face helmet.
The Corazzo winter gauntlet gloves are the Rolls Royce of scooter gloves. They are waterproof and warm, but still very flexible, so its easy to use the indicator button while riding. Good gear and very affordable at $79.95.
We also spent up big time on winter jackets. We have several different models from Ixon, Corazzo and RJs, so there is bound to be one that suits you.
Another winter favorite is waterproof riding boots. These ankle boots give excellent protection, keep out the elements and don't use laces so they are easy to get on and off if you need to change into work shoes.
On a less serious note, Cat Crap must surely be the worst named product in the scooter world, but it turns out it is fantastic at stopping visor fogging. At $11.95 its affordable and a texta pen will cover the name to save any embarrassment when Grandma comes to visit.
Glove liners are a great addition to the winter armory. These thin inner gloves add that extra layer of warmth to your summer gloves. Good buying at $19.95
