Delivery Scooters

This article is designed to show you what scooters are available that suit the delivery market. Delivery riders tend to come in two categories. The full time professionals and the casuals.

Full time professionals

If you are a full time professional or do moderate to higher hours of casual work, we have industry specific scooters to meet your needs. These scooters, like the purpose built Kymco Carry 125 and the SYM 125 Ute Scoot are designed with longer range fuel tanks, up spec suspension and are capable of providing much greater loads than your typical scooter. Of course they to can be used as a scooter out of hours, but its when they are work that they really pay for themselves as the are quick to load, can carry 2 or three jobs at once and are designed to carry the loads of commercial use.

Casuals

If you are a light to moderate user for deliveries, we can recommend a few other models that can be used with the Deliveroo back pack system. This system allows you to carry the goods in a box style backpack, that slips over your shoulders. The bulk of the weight is actually held by the pillion seat behind the rider. This system is quite diverse as it allows the rider to choose from quite a range of normal scooters like the popula Kymco Agility 125, Kymco Agility 16+ ( a fuel injected 63cc scooter that suits taller riders in particular) along with the Sym Symphony ST 200, and even the stylish Italian Aprilia Scarebeoo 200i.
Of course, if you love your riding and you love Italian scooters, there is no going past the Iconic Vespa brand. Vespas Primavera 125ie or Primavera 150ie are recent editions that you see you being the envy of your friends. The Vespa Sprint 150 has styling that harks back to the 1960s with a modern twist.

We get riders of all sizes here at the store, and even the smallest lightest riders are catered for with the nippy Piaggio Zip 50. The Zip 50 is basically the samples scooter on the market, and it even has a super low adjustable seat. You can use the Deliveroo back pack system for deliveries in inner city areas where traffic speeds are low and an agile scooter is the right tool for the job.
