We keep getting customers asking if the Rider Training Courses are open.  We spoke with HART at St Ives today and they are definitely open for Rider Training.  Book the learner rider course or your provisional test with them on the Services NSW website at https://www.rms.nsw.gov.au/roads/licence/rider/training-scheme/pre-learner.html

Be sure to book the knowledge test as soon as possible. There have been some delays in getting in to Services NSW to get that part of the licencing requirements done.

We have all done training for licencing and to be better riders there.  Their licencing courses are open.  They supply the scooter and can supply a helmet and gloves but strongly recommend you supply your own even though they are cleaning their own supplied ones well.  We have loads of helmets, jackets and gloves available at Scooter Central and can get you kitted out to do your Learner Rider Course.  Your next step after the practical course at HART is to go to Services NSW to do your knowledge test and voila!  you have a Learner Rider licence and can come in and test ride a scooter and get expert advice to choose the best scooter for your needs and budget.

There is no better time than now to get off the bus and have control of your own transport.  Owning, riding and maintaining a scooter is LESS expensive than riding the bus.  Plus you can maintain your social distancing and stay healthy too.  You can even use your scooter for delivery work if you need some income.  Scooter Central is open 6 days per week to serve the community.  Call us on 9938 5858 or come in and see us today. Text us through the website text box if you have any questions about anything. We are happy and available to help.
